We were excited to work with Andrea and Shannon. We knew they cared about us and that they were careful in their work. Our house sold in about four hours. We were amazed and so thankful. There was never a question about whether Andrea and Shannon were putting the needs of our family first. They were also knowledgeable about the business and thorough. Andrea and Shannon did an incredible job! We couldn't be happier.

Shannon and Andrea are an absolutely incredible team. They work extremely well together and have a wonderful system in place. They maintained constant contact and responded to every message, within 3 minutes! They are extremely knowledgeable of the Des Moines area, are very polite, and didn't stop until the found the perfect house for us. We were first time home buyers, and they helped guide us through the entire process, from getting pre-approved all the way to signing the Mortgage. We couldn't be more thankful for their help and we would (and have) recommend them to anyone! When the time comes, we will be using them for our next house! Thank you so much, we couldn't be happier!!
